1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jilligames Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering on jilligames, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. jilligames reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not met.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of the jilligames Platform, you must create a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the jilligames Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Notify jilligames immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared devices.

jilligames will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

jilligames is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your jilligames account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. jilligames does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.

All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. jilligames reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to verified accounts in your name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the cashier section.

4.3 Currency

5 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, jilligames may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All games on jilligames use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published and accessible to players. jilligames does not manipulate game outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilligames Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of jilligames or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jilligames.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilligames and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of jilligames to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilligames account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, the liability of jilligames shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11 Termination and Suspension

jilligames reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any account balance remaining at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited at the discretion of jilligames, subject to applicable law. If your account is terminated without cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jilligames support. Account closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the jilligames Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jilligames reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes becoming effective.

The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the jilligames Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
